Join Hilary Kossack for an online play shop exploring ways to incorporate fluid movement both in individual asana and sequencing. There will be a prerecorded lecture followed by a brief written assignment. We will then gather together virtually for a question and answer session followed by an hour asana practice. Come prepared to both sit and move. This playshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioners and teachers.
