Take time to restore balance and join Lyndsay Paige for a four part series that will give you a clear mind, better digestion, and increased energy.  Focused on cleansing, self-care, and meditation, take this time to remove what no longer serves you and allow your true self to shine through.
Session 1 – May 6, Prepare Yourself
Learn how to balance your mind and body with the wisdom of the five elements.  Each week will build our understanding of daily self care and Ayurveda to create a better life.
Session 2 – May 13, Clear and Purify
An interactive discussion about multi-day cleansing and focused on what foods to eat and avoid while cleansing.  This time can also include clearing thoughts or activities from your life.  Ultimately, this is the time to return your vital energy back to yourself!  Cleanse begins.
Session 3 – May 20, Transitions
Detoxifying and clearing can bring up a lot within the emotional body.  We will talk about how we choose to reintroduce food and new activities into our life is the most important during this time.
Session 4 – May 27, Rejuvenation
Clear and clean.  Awake to a new version of yourself.  We will learn about our vital energy and how to keep it balanced.
