Yin ‘On The Rocks: Yin Yoga is quiet, subtle, and deep. It’s physical purpose is to work beneath the muscle tissues, delving into our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, cartilage and the deepest facia networks in the body. Emotionally, it’s one hell of a release! This great transformative system, coupled with a charged opening sequence to get the body hot and juicy, is the perfect compliment to old and new, hard and soft, slow and fast, yin and yang. It’s another Eric Paskel original which always is more than just a class!

Soulful Slow Flow: Is a slow moving vinyasa class without any sun salutations. The slower moving class provides more time to enter and exit positions while having some “quality” time in the pose. There is plenty to work on physically, yet with no sun salutations and slower moving flows, there is a steadiness that provides room to reflect and to listen while moving. Turn it on now and you won’t need to turn off all day.

Anatomy of Action: Only a human being has the freedom to choose his/her actions! In this study of ourselves, we will learn the principles and techniques from ancient yoga texts which teach us how to make our choices objective and consistent with who we are. Once you understand the anatomy of action, your actions will lead you to success in all you do. Lecture, interactive discussion. Oh and always a surprise!
